1. Terms of Service (TOS)

  • Eligibility: Must be 18+ or have parental consent to purchase.

  • Accuracy of Information: Statement that while you strive for accuracy, product descriptions or pricing may occasionally contain errors.

  • Product Use & Liability: Products are for external use only. Users should perform a patch test before full application.

  • Intellectual Property: Protection of the Reef Collective brand, logos, and website content.

  • Modifications: Reef Collective maintains the right to change prices or discontinue products without notice.

2. Privacy Policy

  • Data Collection: Name, email, shipping address, IP address via Shopify cookies

  • Usage: Processing orders, sending newsletters, improving site performance

  • Third-Party Sharing: Data is shared with Shopify, payment processors Stripe/PayPal, and shipping carriers are USPS/UPS. Cookies are used for cart functionality and analytics.

  • User Rights: Users can email derek@reefcollective.org, using subject line "Request to Delete" to request their data be deleted

3. Refund & Shipping Policy

  • Shipping Times: We strive to ship within 4 business days of ordering. Please note that transit times may be extended during holidays or due to carrier delays beyond our control.

  • Satisfaction Guarantee: 100% satisfaction or your money back, must be within the reasonable window of 30 days to process for claim a refund.

  • Damaged Goods: Report directly on Shopify, referencing order number, and providing photos

  • Return Shipping: A $7 flat fee will be deducted from your total refund amount to cover return shipping costs.

4. Health, Allergy, and Ingredient Disclaimer

At Reef Collective, we believe in the power of nature, but we recognize that even the purest organic ingredients can cause reactions in some individuals. Our products are handcrafted using the following ingredients:

  • 100% Grass-Fed Beef Tallow

  • Organic Beeswax

  • Non-Nano Zinc Oxide

  • Organic Jojoba Oil

  • Organic Cacao Powder

  • Organic Coconut Oil

Important Safety Precautions:

  • Patch Test First: We strongly recommend performing a small patch test on the inside of your wrist or elbow 24 hours before full application to ensure no sensitivities exist.

  • Allergy Warning: This product contains Coconut Oil (a tree nut derivative) and Cacao. If you have a known allergy to any of the ingredients listed above, please do not use this product.

  • External Use Only: Our products are for topical application only. Do not ingest.

  • Cross-Contamination: While we maintain a clean production environment, our products are made in a facility that may handle other natural botanicals or oils.
